Michael is a lawyer for the Elman Joseph Samples Law Group, LLC, a Chicago-based law firm which concentrates in Illinois personal injury cases involving vehicle accidents (i.e. car, truck, SUV, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian.) The firm also handles cases in which people have been hurt or killed in other settings, such as premises liability injury cases (including "slip & fall" accidents), workplace accidents, and injuries and accidents that occur in nursing homes. Hobbies and athletic activities include frequent rounds of golf, tennis, swimming, and running. He has run three marathons and also participates in triathlons. His musical activities include playing the piano as well as the trombone.

A National Lecturer In Personal Injury Law and Trial Strategy
Mr. Jensen passes his knowledge in personal injury law and trial strategy along to other attorneys as a lecturer with The National Academy of Continuing Legal Education, a leader in continuing education for lawyers across 47 states.
Mr. Jensen recently taught a course on "Winning Jury Trial Strategies for Soft Tissue Injury in Car Crash" along with Mr. Fredrick J. Joseph, III and Mr. Anthony Elman, fellow injury attorneys at Elman Joseph Samples Law Group. It can be especially difficult to secure fair settlements for soft tissue injuries suffered in car accidents. This course provides attorneys detailed information on how to structure arguments and implement the most effective strategies in these types of cases, from jury selection to closing arguments.
